Here are some ideas to guide your progress through the Student Learning and Support domain of the Professional Learning and Capability Enhancement (PLaCE) Framework:

- Lead initiatives to enhance learning and teaching support
Develop your leadership of Student Learning and Support :
| Lead: | Lead initiatives to enhance student learning and support in your department, faculty or university-wide e.g. by running events on inclusive teaching, student support etc. |
| Share: | Share your teaching strategies and ideas e.g. at a conference, department/faculty/university showcase or with the Teaching & Leadership Community of Practice. |
| Write: | Write for TECHE and share your ideas and practice on student learning and support. |
| Learn: | Learn more about strategies and techniques to enhance student learning in order to support others to facilitate things like active learning (implementing in the classroom and exploring more advanced techniques), blended synchronous teaching, inclusive teaching, Indigenous connected curriculum, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), academic integrity etc. |
