I understand how to adjust activities, resources, and my teaching for individual students.	I support a wide range of student cohorts (e.g., first-in-family, international students, students with a disability, etc). I use real-time data (students’ performance and feedback, iLearn insights, my observations, etc) to adjust my teaching.	I use the insights from ongoing evaluations to make timely adjustments to best support students.	I lead initiatives to support diverse learners and advance student support in my department/ faculty and beyond.	I lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance student support at MQ and beyond.
