You have been lecturing and tutoring for a few years and have been asked to convene a couple of units this session. You are aware that this role carries additional responsibilities for unit design and evaluation, student support and assessment moderation, amongst others. You are seeking developmental resources to support your transition to this new role. You may also have sessional staff teaching in your unit.
