The 2023 QILT Student Experience Survey (SES) opens on the 25th July and closes 27th August. The SES is administered by the Social Research Centre on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Education.
The survey is open to first and final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students in their second semester / term of study. Middle year students will not receive a link to complete the survey.
The SES gives students an opportunity to reflect on their time at Macquarie and is one of the most important surveys they will be asked to complete. Students are asked a range of questions about their education and wellbeing, and the learning and support services we provide.
The SES is one of the best ways for us to hear the collective thoughts of our students. The outcomes of the survey inform key decisions across the university.
The 2022 outcomes are publicly available on the QILT and ComparED websites. SES data also feeds into university comparisons in The Good Universities Guide.
We want to hear from as many first and final-year students as possible. Slides (image preview below) and other resources are available to you to promote the survey. The easiest way for students to complete the survey is via a link sent to their student email by the SRC. All responses are confidential.
