This session, there is a change in how the iLearn Drop-in Clinic will be run.

Instead of the iLearn Drop-in Clinic being run centrally, you can get help directly from your faculty.  This change will provide you with advice that is specifically targeted towards your faculty requirements.

Don’t worry, you will still receive amazing one-on-one help to get your unit ready for Session 1.

FMHHS has a 3-tier approach to gaining learning design support.

Tier 1 – Self-Help

The FMHHS SharePoint site aims to be a one-stop reference for guides and resources you can use to discover something new, troubleshoot a problem, or refresh your memory on a task you haven’t done for a while.

Tier 2 – OneHelp

For just-in-time support on a technical problem or to ask a question about learning design, iLearn, Echo360 or other learning technologies, you can email us at fmhhs.ldt@mq.edu.au or use the online support request form.  This will generate a service ticket assigned to us that we will use to address your inquiry.

Tier 3 – One-on-One Support

If you’d like some dedicated time with a member of the FMHHS learning design team, you can use our meeting booking form to identify a timeslot that works best for you.  Just indicate the nature of the meeting, select a convenient day/time, and then provide some background information on what you’d like to discuss.  You can also select a specific individual if there is someone in particular you’d like to meet with.

This form generates an Outlook calendar event automatically, emailed to you shortly after you submit the form.  This will include a link to the online Microsoft Teams room where we’ll be meeting.
