The learning and teaching Podcast Discussion Club is like a book club… but with podcasts! No homework required! Just come along to the meeting and we’ll take care of the rest.

To block or interleave? That is the question

Do you tend to isolate (block) the content and get students to practice a specific skill or area before moving on to the next? Or do you prefer interleaving and getting students to practice multiple things? In this podcast discussion club, we’ll listen to several thought-provoking excerpts from an interview with blocking/interleaving researchers and will consider what we can take away (or not!) from their work.

No preparation is required – just come along and bring a friend/colleague!

Date: Wednesday 7th September

Time: 12 noon -1pm (via Zoom)

You don’t need to listen to the audio prior to the meeting as we will play it at the start of the meeting but if you would like to, you can listen here.

Join us and bring a friend! The more, the merrier!

If you are not already a Podcast Club member, please enter your email below and we will send you the calendar invitation and the Zoom link:
