Celebrate – we have all been given access to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Grab your phone and point it at something. Except, you might find that sometimes the audio quality could be better. If you’re interested in creating your own videos, why not borrow some equipment? The Learning Innovation Hub has cameras, microphones, tripods, lights and backdrops for loan. We also have a small studio, and a teleprompter. All of this, is free for staff to book and borrow. That’s right… free.

Email us at lih-sst@mq.edu.au to set up a booking. We can show you how to use the equipment, and answer any questions you might have when you pick up the gear.

When you finish pointing a camera at something, you will get to use Adobe Creative Cloud. Find a tutorial from the dozens available at Adobe. Or, enroll in one of the workshops Adobe is offering for free. It even includes accreditation. You could try Linkedin Learning (formerly Lynda.com) – they have lots of stuff too.

If none of these options work for you, or you need help on a specific issue, feel free to contact the Educational Media Producers. We can help get you started with media production, help you edit your media, provide Macquarie University branded assets, and show you how to use them.
