We thank everyone for their continuing feedback on iLearn Insights. We’re responding quickly to your requests and have more improvements to announce (outlined below).

We’ll introduce all the new features and provide an overview of iLearn Insights in a workshop on 14th August 2018. Please come along if you’d like to learn more about iLearn Insights and bring any ideas you have for unit-related reports that will help with your teaching.

The video below provides an overview of the features available to iLearn Insights users.

View unit access trends across session with flexible graph

You can now filter the unit access graph to look more closely at specific access trends in your unit, including the ability to visualise student access over 1, 2, 3 or 4 month increments.

New Category level access links

If you are a Category Administrator in iLearn you can now quickly and easily view Insights reports for all the units that sit inside in your Category, helping you to better assist teaching staff and students across all these units.

When you first login, at the bottom of the list of units, you will now see the following link.

Once you click the above link a new page will open containing links directing you to all the reports for which you have Category level permissions.
