C1.11 Demonstrate evidence-based evaluation of curriculum design

You’ve taken on the role of Course Director; a position which will significantly hone your understanding of and skills in course-level curriculum design, planning, and evaluation. This role has expanded since the introduction of the MQ 2020 Curriculum, which involved extensive changes to the course structure, in particular the foundation units, majors and capstone. You are also responsible for leading course development activities, including curriculum mapping, assessment, and evaluation, and you also support teaching teams through quality assurance and enhancement processes. You are actively engaged in promoting the course to prospective students, and most recently, you’ve been focussed on embedding work-integrated learning (WIL) at course level. You want to learn more about working with student data, including admission and progression stats, to monitor and improve student and course outcomes.
