The Learning and Teaching Podcast Discussion Club is like a book club… but with podcasts!

Gender and group work – something you (probably) didn’t realise

So, you are teaching a class with, say, 100 male and 20 female students. How would YOU form groups? Would you include 1 woman in each group to give male students an opportunity to work with female students, or form a predominately female group?

The findings of new research on gender and group composition might surprise you. Join us on Wed, July 7th at 12:00 to discuss this podcast that details research findings on gender and groups and gives recommendations for group formation.

Podcast discussion club is a friendly lunchtime Zoom social discussion. We recap the podcast at the start for those who have not listened to it fully.

Our next session will be on Wednesday, 7th July, 2021 at 12 noon via Zoom.

Enter your email below and we will send you the Zoom link.
