Academic Senate vote at December 3rd meetingRunning tutorials can provide challenges for both teaching assistants (TAs) and staff members. Numerous teaching aspects are involved in making tutorials productive learning events: planning, communicating, delivery, question strategies, activities, and motivation.  This workshop will explore both evidence-based and pragmatic strategies to tutorial facilitation and students will share their insights.  All staff welcome, particularly, experienced tutors willing to share their practice.

There is pre-reading for this workshop.
