As Australian universities welcome more and more students from overseas, lecturers and tutors often struggle to communicate effectively within their diverse classrooms. This workshop aims to provide a better understanding of the different types communication, what barriers can be expected when communicating across cultures, and provide tips and strategies for communicating effectively in a culturally diverse classroom.
