You’re invited to the final work-integrated learning (WIL) community of practice (CoP) event of the year.

Wednesday, 9 October 12:00-1:30pm 18 Wally’s Walk, Room 185 (Burudyara Training Room)

Share, reflect, collaborate

Come along to explore bitesized examples of WIL in practice from across disciplines. This event offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Discover innovative WIL practices from various fields
  • Consider how these examples might inform your own practice
  • Share your own experiences and insights

We invite you to reflect on the showcased practices and consider their relevance to the WIL context. This event aims to foster collaboration and inspire new approaches to work-integrated learning.

Contribute to the showcase

We are seeking volunteers to contribute bitesize showcases of their WIL practices. If you would like to share your experience, please contact any of the following organisers by 25 September:

Kate Lloyd: kate.lloyd@mq.edu.au
Jacqueline Mackaway: jacqueline.mackaway@mq.edu.au
Jen Ruskin: jennifer.ruskin@mq.edu.au

Please register to attend this event by 1 October. A light lunch will be provided. BYO drink.

Macquarie University’s WIL CoP is a supportive community of current and aspiring WIL practitioners who come together to share experiences, ideas, successes, and lessons learned. We meet 3-4 times per year and share information and resources throughout the year. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with colleagues, gain new insights, and contribute to the advancement of WIL practices at Macquarie University. Join the WIL CoP to ensure you are notified of future events.
