These awards, previously known as the Vice-Chancellor’s Learning and Teaching Awards, recognise, reward and celebrate individual teachers, teams of teachers and professional staff who make a difference and contribute to our student’s learning and their success.

The applications are now open, please submit the Award Application Form online by 27 June 2024, 11:59 pm. All Award information including guidelines and FAQs can be found on the Awards in Teaching website.

It is never too early to commence writing an award application. Watch the pre-recorded workshop that provides helpful ‘hints and tips’ to support your award application and an overview of some best-practices from previous Award winners.

We have exceptional Educators who motivate and inspire our students to learn. This year we again, encourage our Macquarie community (staff and students) to nominate Educators for a Vice-Chancellor’s Learning and Teaching Award, by completing a peer-nomination form.
