The Assessment Policy is one of the key Learning & Teaching policies. As part of the regular policy review cycle, the Policy is due for review this year. The Senate Learning & Teaching Committee (SLTC) is responsible for this Policy and earlier this year formed a Working Group for the purpose of this review.

The purpose of the review is to investigate whether there is a need for amendment, i.e., whether the Policy is still fulfilling its purpose and/or whether there is a policy gap.

The review involves a number of steps including internal and external benchmarking, investigation of data related to assessment (e.g., CMS), as well as stakeholder consultation.

Whether you are a member of staff or student, please take 10-15 minutes to respond to the survey and have your say! The responses will be recorded anonymously and any comments will be documented and addressed as part of the review process. Click here to start the survey. The survey closes at 5 pm on 7 August 2020.
