12 Wally’s Walk, Level 8, 801

Aboriginal Cultural Safety Training is rolling out across Macquarie. The focus of the training is to have “courageous conversations” to motivate and build a positive knowledge position for our community, for both staff and students. The aim of the program is to develop a meaningful understanding and respect for Aboriginal cultural values, history, beliefs, practices, knowledges and philosophies.

At this Learning and Teaching Exchange (LTX), as part of NAIDOC Week celebrations, join in on the courageous conversation and hear from colleagues across the university on how Walanga Muru’s Aboriginal Cultural Safety Training program has impacted their work practices, and how you too can sign up for training.

Join us for morning tea from 10:00am for a 10:30am start.
