10:00 am - 11:30 am

Continuum Room, Level 3, 75 Talavera Road

Please join us for a panel discussion about teaching work-integrated learning (WIL). With the recent release of the MQ Work Integrated Learning Policy and forthcoming MQ WIL procedure, there’s a rich opportunity to understand different approaches to introducing practical learning early in courses, preparing students for WIL, supporting WIL and maximising successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

This discussion is the first in a two-part series on WIL. The first discussion will involve panellists from across the university sharing their approach to the design and delivery of WIL in their unit or course. You will have the opportunity to meet colleagues, share ideas and ask questions of our panellists. The second part in this series (date TBC) will explore how different faculties and disciplines plan to align with Macquarie’s new WIL policy.

Please join us for morning tea, an engaging discussion and a great opportunity to connect with others in the WIL space.

Please register and outline any dietary requirements in the comments box below.

Note: You can also join this panel discussion via Zoom. If you prefer to join via Zoom, please register here so you receive the Zoom link.
