What: Practical exercises and guides for writing reflections on professional practice.

Who: 

• You have to write in support of an academic promotion application and show ‘evidence of reflection’ and personal philosophy
• You want to gain HEA accreditation.
  (External accreditation, including HEA, is on the academic promotion criteria schedule.)
• You want to apply for a teaching award.
• You are participating in a peer or unit review, or thinking over your professional practice for yourself, and want to write about it effectively.
